Here's how to make the most of your visit to Festival!
Festival is open Friday Noon-10pm
Saturday 10am-10pm
Sunday 10am-6pm
Animals- No animals are allowed at Festival except assistance dogs.
Bathrooms- Indoor: Monroe Avenue level of the City/County Complex.
- Portable: Throughout Festival grounds.
- Handicap Accessible: Throughout Festival grounds. (Look for the wheelchair symbol)
Bike Corral- On the corner of Lyon and Ottawa Avenue
- Friday Noon - 10pm
- Saturday 9am - 10pm
- Sunday 9am - 5pm
- Bikes left after 5pm on Sunday will be donated to charity.
Downtown Parking- Check out this map from the City website.
Emergency/First Aid- Inside the County Building
- Life EMS Ambulance on Ottawa south of Lyon
- Police, paramedics and EMTs patrol Festival grounds
Handicapped Center- On Ottawa Avenue in front of Calder Plaza
- Assistance with parking, mobility assistance and sighted guides
- Interpretive guides for performances
- Braille and enlarged print programs
- Signed tours for the hearing impaired
Handicapped Parking- For cars with state endorsed stickers only
- Behind the former Probate Court Building off Ottawa
- After 5pm Friday

Infant Care Center- Monroe Avenue Level of the City/County Complex (Private, quiet area for diapering and feeding. Emergency diapers and sunscreen provided.)
Information Booths- On Calder Plaza (with Lost & Found) and on Monroe Center at Ottawa.
Pay Phones- Monroe Avenue Level of the City/County Complex
Rapid Bus Service- Arrive and depart Festival from the Downtown Transit Center, in the heart of Festival fun. For more information check us out at www.ridetherapid.org or call The Rapid information line at 776-1100.
Security- Police are available throughout Festival grounds.
Storm Shelters- Announcements will be made at each stage in case of severe weather and you will be advised of the nearest place to seek shelter.
